Communications Committee: Justin Saindon

Purpose:

Support the needs of the Board and other committees with respect to the development, review, and dissemination of communication material.

Maintain communication channels such as Linked in, Twitter, and Chapter Website

- Responsible for membership growth and retention, partnerships with academic and professional organizations, as well as evaluation activities (surveys) of membership and sponsors, and KPI tracking.
- Goals:
- Sustain, grow and diversify our membership
- Forge for partnerships for collective impacts
- Focus on equity, retention and growth
Operations and Support Committee: Helen Edwards and Bobby Gheorghiu

Purpose:
- Support the operations and needs of other committees through volunteer placements and processes. Ensure the right balance of expertise/skills/resourcing for each committee.
- Goals:
- Review effectiveness of committees and structure
- Recruit, onboard and place volunteers on committees, aligning committee need and volunteer skills and desires
- Improve internal processes among committees and the Board
- Ensure alignment and information flow between committees
